Cancellation Policy
A 20% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED to secure all appointments
This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your services on day of your appointment
*Appoiments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
*Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be result in the forfeiture of the 20% deposit
*No-Show will automatically lose their deposit and may be required to pay a new deposit to book future appointments
*A GRACE PERIOD OF 10 min is provided ( others apps 5 min )
*Arriving more than 10 min late may result in your appointment being cancelled or shortened based on availability
*If your appointment is canceled due a late arrival the deposit will be forfeited
*All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE
*Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment only if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
